2011 Shotgun WC7 Maribor Highlights - 2011 ISSF WORLD CUP SERIES

The best moments of the ISSF Shotgun World Cup in Maribor! Check out the TV highlights of the last ISSF Shotgun World Cup of the season. The competition was held at the Gaj Shooting Range in Maribor, Slovenia, between the 7th through the 16th of July. The well-know shooting, range, which hosted several ISSF competitions in the past seasons, welcomed a record number of athletes, this year: 592 shooters coming from 77 countries participated in the event, setting a new record in terms of participation. High temperatures, gale-force winds, rain and fast targets did not stop the most skilled shotgun shooters of the globe, who shattered packs of clays trying to reach one of the Olympic Quota Places to be awarded at the competition. This was indeed the last chance to win a quota, before the Continental Championships and the World Championship that will be held in Belgrade in September.
